Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the shipping date.

To be eligible for return / exchange, your items must remain in the same condition as when you received it, uninstalled, with all manual books, spare parts and in its original packaging.

Original receipt must be presented for return / exchange.

​

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 120 Lower Delta Rd, #01-11 Cendex Centre, Singapore 169208.

We kindly ask that you follow the step-by-step instructions provided by our Customer Service team for exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Please note that sale and discounted items (including those purchased with discount codes) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Incorrect / Defective Items Received

We apologize if we have sent you a wrong or defective item.

Proof of the defect must be verified by our Customer Service team to be eligible for an exchange or return.

If the item(s) you received is deemed defective, an exchange will be processed.

KHK Asia Pte Ltd exchanges for all items except sale and discounted items (including those purchased with discount codes), accessories, and specifically stated non-returnable items.

Delivery Policy

Our experienced delivery drivers are supported by an efficient scheduling team that allocates delivery slots daily based on location, availability, date, and time, ensuring a fast and smooth delivery experience. Additionally, delivery charges will be waived for customers who meet the minimum spending requirement.

We are unable to amend or combine orders that have been placed separately. Please check your order details before confirming your order.

All online orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 working days upon order confirmation. However, please note that delays may occur during peak and sale periods. Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday during working hours, excluding weekends and local public holidays.​
